About the company

Apartment.ee was established in 2000 with the aim of becoming the largest apartment hotel in Estonia. The business was started with only 5 apartments. During this time our number of apartments has grown to 32 and we can now proudly say that today we are the biggest apartment hotel in Estonia – boasting a professional team of 7 dedicated persons. We have thousands of satisfied clients from every corner of the globe and this is not a limit for us.

Our office is located in 4 Pilve Street, Tallinn 10122. 

Overview

We offer 32 apartments to rent and provide accommodation for up to 130 people. All our apartments are located in the center of Tallinn – just 15 minutes’ walking distance from the historic Old Town. Our apartment hotel is unique in Estonia as it combines features both of a hotel and apartments. Clients can choose fully furnished studios, 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments or even 4 bedroom 2 level penthouse apartment. The apartments are fully furnished to a high standard and offers guests every convenience (non-smoking rooms,  baby cot (on request), central heating, iron/ironing board, fresh bed linen and towels, free laundry, weekly cleaning, electronic key, smoke detector in a room, internet, cable TV, sofa, hair-dryer, toilet, shower or bath, washbasin, heated towel rails, soap, coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, cooker, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery). Accommodation includes

Fully furnished apartment, kitchen equipment and supplies (coffee maker, refrigerator, stove or microwave oven, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery), a free Internet connection, cable television, private bathroom (shower or bath), secure parking with video surveillance in a closed courtyard, clean bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning, use of the washing machine facility.
