Bathroom: hair-dryer, toilet, shower or bath, washbasin, heated towel rails, towels, soap.
Living room: cable internet connection, cable TV, sofa, sofa table, dining table and 4 chairs.
Outside: free private parking (reservation is needed) inside yard, in selected apartments balcony.
Other: Non-Smoking rooms, baby cot (on request), central heating, iron, ironing board, free laundry, weakly cleaning, electronic key, smoke detector in a room.
Suitable for: families, couples, corporate, individuals, long term rental (1 month and more).

Security deposit: Apartment.ee reserves the right to charge security deposit. Security deposit payment can be done only by credit card. The deposit is required in order to cover any extras or incidentals above the total amount payable for the duration of your stay. In the event of any damages done to the apartment or individuals, the deposit fee will be used to cover these damages. In the event of no damages, the deposit fee will be returned to the customer at the time of check-out.
